Do you fix iPads?
We don't specialize in iPad repair as they are complex to work with due to the glue and plastic components. However, we can help with software issues such as resetting your iPad to factory defaults.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, check, and payPal.
Do I have to make an appointment for your services?
We take appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. You can visit us anytime during the rest of the week without prior appointment.
Can you reload my computer?
Yes, we can back up data and reload the operating system to rule out if it is a hardware or software problem. We also offer computer troubleshooting services to get to the bottom of the problem.
Why are your hours limited now?
Our hours are temporary and will go back to full time 6 days a week soon.
Do I need to bring in a power cord?
If it's a laptop, we require the power cord, but for desktop computers, it is not necessary.
Do you work on printers?
We can help with communication issues, but we do not repair printers.
Do you repair motherboards?
We can troubleshoot motherboard issues, but we usually need to replace the entire motherboard. In most cases, it is not worth repairing motherboard issues.
Do you work on Xbox or PlayStation?
No, we specialize in desktop and laptop computer repair only.
What is the turnaround time to get a computer fixed?
The turnaround time depends on the day you bring it in, but in most cases, it takes a day or two. We understand the inconvenience of being without a computer, so we do our best to get it back to you as soon as possible.
Should I call before bringing in my computer?
We prefer customers to visit during business hours, so we can discuss the computer issues in person. However, you can also call us if you would like to discuss the issue over the phone. Call anytime at (859) 635-9909
Do you offer coupons or discounts?
We do offer 10 % off a computer tune up. Our prices are affordable, and will always work with our customers.
Do you offer virus removal for my computer?
We do, and specialize in virus removal. We will clean up your computer, and install software that we use and recommend. Check out our virus removal services
